摘    要:为研究免疫因素对男性不育的影响,用免疫组化方法对睾丸性无精子症的睾丸活检标本进行免疫病理观察;用明胶凝集试验测定少精子症和精子活动力低下者精浆中的抗精子抗体。结果表明:(1)无精子症睾丸标本67例,其中IgG、IgA阳性27例,IgM阳性24例,分别沉积于生精小管基底膜、生精细胞和间质血管壁;(2)少精子症和精子活动力低下的40例精浆中抗精子抗体阳性者11例。提示男性不育中有2种免疫作用机制:(1)免疫球蛋白沉积于生精小管壁基底膜,间质血管壁和生精细胞,直接影响睾丸的生精功能;(2)抗精子抗体直接作用于精子,影响精子的受精功能。

Abstract:Sixtyseven testicular pathological sections of nonobstructive azoospermia by ABC immunohistochemistry and antisperm antibodies of 40 cases sperm plasm by GAT were studied to research the immune mechanism of male infertility. The immunohistochemistry result was IgG( ) 27 cases; IgA( ) 27 cases; IgM( ) 24 cases. Immunoglobuin deposites principally in semeniferous tubule wall basement membranes and interstitial blood vessel basement membranes. There are 10 samples in which IgG( ) in spermatogonia and spermatocytes. Aantisperm antiody( ) was in 11 samples of 40 casess sperm plasm. The results showed that there were two different immune mechaisms in male infertility :1, antisperm antibody acts directly on sperm and damages sperm functions; 2,immunoglobuin deposites in testis and acts on germ cell specially or in basement membranes of seminiferous tubules and interstitial tissue nonspecially, damages the testis spermatogenesis.
