丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的疗效

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效。方法将92例小儿癫痫患者随机分为对照组和实验组,在丙戊酸钠治疗基础上,对照组联合托吡酯治疗;实验组联合左乙拉西坦治疗。结果实验组总有效率93.5%高于对照组78.3%,治疗前,2组患者血钙和血磷水平无显著差异(P0.05);但治疗后实验组血钙水平(2.39±0.36)mmol/L、血磷水平(1.45±0.36)mmol/L均低于对照组(2.07±0.18)mmol/L、(1.21±0.15)mmol/L(均P0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠、左乙拉西坦联合用药治疗小儿癫痫疗效显著,且对钙、磷代谢影响较小,安全性高,临床值得应用。

Curative effect of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of children epilepsy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug combination of sodium valproate and levetiracetam on children epilepsy.Methods We randomly assigned 92 cases of children epilepsy to two groups:control group and experiment group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate and topiramate,and the experiment group was treated with sodium valproate and levetiracetam.Results The effective rate of the experiment group was 93.5％,which was higher than the control group.Before the treatment,the two groups had similar calcium and phosphate levels in serum (P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the experiment group showed significantly lower levels of serum calcium (2.07 mmol/L±0.18 mmol/L) and phosphate (1.21 mmol/L± 0.15 mmol/L) than those of control group (calcium 2.31 mmol/L±0.36 mmol/L and phosphate 1.45 mmol/L±0.36 mmol/L).Conclusion Drug combination of sodium valproate and levetiracetam has significant therapeutic effects on children epilepsy.The minor side effects of such treatment can be alleviated after symptomatic treatment.
