产钳助产与剖宫产对新生儿颅脑损伤的影响对照研究

目的分析产钳助产与剖宫产两种助产方式对新生儿颅脑损伤的影响。方法选取我院2009-08—2010-05采用剖宫产方式进行助产的产妇109例为对照组,选取2014-07—2016-02采用产钳助产方式进行助产的产妇109例为观察组。回顾性分析2组临床资料,比较2组产妇自然情况,手术时新生儿情况,新生儿颅脑损伤发生率。结果产妇自然情况存在差异,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组新生儿颅脑损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组产妇满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用产钳助产能够有效降低新生儿颅脑损伤发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Controlled study of the influence of caesarean section and obstetric forceps on newborn craniocerebral injury

Objective To analyze the influence of caesarean section and obstetric forceps on the newborn craniocerebral injury.Methods One hundred and nine caesarean section puerperas in our hospital from August 2009 to May 2010 were selected as control group,and 109 obstetric forceps puerperas from July 2014 to February 2016 were selected as observation group.The clinical data in two groups including maternity basic information,condition of newborn on operation,and the rate of newborn craniocerebral injury were retrospective analyzed.Results There is no statistical significance of maternity in the two groups.There were statistical significances between the two groups on the rate of newborn craniocerebral injury and maternity satisfaction.Conclusion Obstetric forceps can effectively reduce the rate of newborn craniocerebral injury,which is worthy of clinical application.
