改良关节松动法联合针刀对神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的探讨改良关节松动法联合针刀对神经根型颈椎病患者神经传导速度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014-09—2016-12河南省老干部康复医院收治的68例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机数字表法分为2组各34例。对照组予以传统推拿+针刀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上,予以改良关节松动法,2组均治疗15d。统计比较2组临床疗效、神经传导速度[感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)]、生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果研究组治疗有效率97.06%(33/34)高于对照组67.65%(23/34),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后1个月,研究组正中神经、尺神经及桡神经SNCV、MNCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后1个月,研究组躯体疼痛、精神状态、情感职能、健康状况、生理功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论改良关节松动法联合针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病患者疗效显著,且可提高神经传导速度,提升生活质量水平。

Effect of modified joint mobilization combined with needle knife on nerve-root cervical spondylosis

Objective To investigate the effect of modified joint mobilization combined with needle knife on nerve conduction velocity and quality of life in patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis.Methods 68 patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis in Veteran Rehabilitation Hospital of Henan Province from September 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups(each 34 cases).The control group was treated with traditional massage combined with needle knife,and the study group was treated with modified joint mobilization method on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 15d.Compare the clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity [sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV),motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV)]and quality of life (SF-36) scores between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment of the study group was 97.06％ (33/34),higher than that of the control group 67.65％ (23/34),and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).After 1 month treatment,the median,ulnar and radial nerve SNCV and MNCV in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After 1 month treatment,the scores of somatic pain,mental status,emotional function,health status and physiological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified joint mobilization combined with needle knife treatment on nerve-root cervical spondylosis is effective,and it can improve the nerve conduction velocity and improve the quality of life.
