S-100B IGF-1 APN与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病相关性分析

摘    要:目的分析血清S-100B、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、脂联素(APN)水平变化与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)病情程度的相关性。方法选取80例HIE新生儿,28例轻度HIE为A组,29例中度HIE为B组,23例重度HIE为C组,纳入同期23例健康新生儿为对照组。检测4组血清S-100B、IGF-1、APN水平,并对比三者与病情程度的相关性。结果 A组血清IGF-1、APN水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);B组血清IGF-1、APN水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);C组血清IGF-1、APN水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);B组血清S-100B水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);C组血清S-100B水平高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);血清APN、IGF-1水平与病情程度呈负相关(P0.05),血清S-100B水平与病情程度呈正相关(P0.05)。结论血清S-100B、IGF-1、APN水平变化与新生儿HIE病情程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between serum S-100B,insulin-growth factor-1 (IGF-1),adiponectin (APN) level changes and disease degree of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods A total of 80 cases of neonatal HIE patients were selected in our study.According to the clinical graduation,28 cases of mild HIE in group A,29 cases with moderate HIE in group B and 23 cases of severe HIE in group C.Besides,23 cases healthy newborns in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum S-100B,IGF-1,APN were tested in four groups,and the correlation of results and the disease severity were analyzed.Results The level of IGF-1 and APN in group A serum were lower than the corresponding level in control group (P<0.05);The level of IGF-1 and APN in group B serum were lower than the corresponding level in group A,and the difference between the level in group B and group A (P<0.05);The level of IGF-1 and APN in group C serum were lower than the corresponding level in group B (P<0.05).The level of S-100B in group A serum was higher than the level in control group (P<0.05).The level of S-100B in group B serum was higher than the level in group A (P<0.05);The level of S-100B in group C serum was higher than the level in group B (P<0.05).In addition,the level of APN,IGF-1 in serum were negatively correlated with the disease degree (P<0.05),and the level of S-100B in serum was positively associated with the disease degree (P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of S-100B,IGF-1,and APN levels in serum are closely related to neonatal HIE disease degree.
