XRCC1在胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的分析XRCC1在脑胶质瘤,癌旁组织和正常组织中的表达情况。方法郑州大学第五附属医院神经外科2015-07—2016-03经手术切除的脑胶质瘤标本50例,按病理类型可分级,另取因高血压所导致的脑出血行正常脑组织切除减压患者标本10例为对照组。依次检测不同级别的脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中XRCC1的表达情况,比较XRCC1在不同级别的脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中以及在不同年龄及性别中的阳性率和相关性。结果低度恶性组胶质瘤(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)XRCC1阳性率低于高度恶性组胶质瘤(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级),差异无统计学意义(P0.05);在10例正常脑组织标本中XRCC1表达总阳性率为0%。XRCC1在正常脑组织与胶质瘤组织表达有显著差异(P0.05);50例胶质瘤患者组织标本中XRCC1的表达与患者年龄、性别差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 XRCC1在神经胶质瘤中的表达明显高于正常脑组织;XRCC1阳性率的表达与神经胶质瘤的恶性级别无相关性。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the expression of XRCC1 in glioma and adjacent tissues and normal tissues.Methods 50 samples of brain gliomas removed from surgery in department of neurosurgery of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Uni-versity from July 2015 to March 2016 were collected.All samples had been diagnosed,verified and graded according to pathological types by the pathology department of our hospital.Besides,10 samples of normal brain tissues resected from patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension were collected as control group.The XRCC1 expression in the two groups was detected and the positive rate and correlation between XRCC1 in brain gliomas of different levels and the relation of XRCC1 with age and gender were analyzed.Result The difference between the XRCC1 positive rate of low-degree malignant group of glioma (Ⅰ-Ⅱ)and that of high-degree malignant group of glioma (Ⅲ-Ⅳ)had no statistical significance (P >0.05).Among 10 samples of normal brain tissues,the total positive expression rate of XRCC1 was 0%.According to statistical analysis,there was significant difference be-tween the expression of XRCC1 in normal brain tissues and glioma tissues (P <0.05).Among the 50 samples of glioma tissues, after statistical analysis,there was no difference between the expression of XRCC1 in the patients'ages and genders (P >0.05). Conclusion The expression of XRCC1 in gliomas is significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues;the expression of XRCC1's positive rate has no correlation with the malignant degrees of gliomas.
