尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉在反复脑梗死急性期的应用探讨

目的探讨注射用尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉在反复脑梗死急性期的应用。方法选取2015-01—2016-12我院诊治的反复脑梗死急性期患者92例,根据抽取法将所有患者分为对照组46例和治疗组46例。对照组静滴注射用依达拉奉30mg,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上静滴注射用尤瑞克林,0.15PNA,1次/d。2组均连续治疗21d。观察2组治疗前后日常生活能力(ADL)评分和神经功能评分情况,同时比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后2组的ADL评分显著升高,神经功能评分明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的显效率分别为76%和85%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论注射用尤瑞克林联合注射用依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效较好,能够明显改善日常生活能力和神经功能。

Clinical observations on the therapeutic effect of urinaryKallindinogenase and edaravone in treatment of recurrent cerebral infarction in Acute stage

Objective To study the effect of UrinaryKallidinogenasecombined for injection with edaravone for injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Patients (92 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in hospital from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups according to the extraction method,and control group had 46 cases,treatment groupshad 42 cases.Patients in the control group were iv administered with edaravone for injection,30mg,two times daily.The patients in treatment group wereiv administered with UrinaryKallidinogenase for injection,0.15 PNA Unit,once daily.The patients in two groups were treated for 21 d.After treatment,ability of daily life (ADL) score,and nerve function score in two groups were observed in two groups during the process of treatment was evaluated.Results After treatment,ADL scores in two groups were significantly increased,but nerve function scores in two groups were obviously decreased,and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05).After treatment,the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76% and 85%,respectively,and there were differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion UrinaryKallidinogenase combined with edaravone for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can significantly improve ability of daily life and nerve function.
