肺移植患者围术期心理问题分析及应对策略

目的总结肺移植患者围术期的心理问题及应对策略,为肺移植患者诊疗过程中获得更好护理质量提供参考。方法对5例实施同种异体右单肺肺移植手术的终末期肺疾病患者围术期实施科学评估心理变化,了解其围术期存在心理问题,分析其产生原因并探索和进行个性化心理护理的策略。结果肺移植患者围术期多存在心理问题,实施针对性护理干预后,患者能积极配合围术期的治疗和护理,于术后第21、27、28、22、25天各项指标稳定,康复出院。结论对肺移植患者围术期存在心理问题实施针对性心理干预,可改善患者心理状况和机体功能,有利于患者围术期的治疗和术后顺利康复。

Analysis and coping strategies of lung transplantation patients perioperative psychological problem

Objective To summarize perioperative lung transplantation patients psychological problems and coping strategies to provide lung transplant team a reference in diagnosis and care for such patients. Methods Visits 3 cases of patients with end -stage lung disease implementation allograft right single lung transplantation surgery,understand the perioperative psychological problems,analyze the reasons and explore coping strategies. Results Lung transplantation patients in perioperative have psychological problems,after targeted intervention of nursing,Patients can actively cooperate with the treatment and perioperative care. The index were stable after 21,27,28,22,25 days, discharged. Conclusion Carrying out targeted nursing interventions to perioperative Lung transplant patients with psychological problems can improve patientsˊs mental health and body function which is benificial for patients with perioperative rehabilitation.
