托吡酯联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫临床观察

目的分析托吡酯联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果及对血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2014-03—2016-11在解放军第152中心医院接受治疗的癫痫患儿180例,随机分为观察组(n=90)与对照组(n=90)。2组均给予托吡酯治疗,观察组同时联合丙戊酸钠治疗。结果观察组有效率92.22%,对照组为82.22%。观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。2组治疗后NSE、Hcy、IGF-1水平均有显著改善,观察组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后IL-2、IL-6、TNF?α水平均有显著改善,观察组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论托吡酯联合丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果显著,安全性高,且有利于改善血清细胞因子水平。

Clinical observation of topiramate combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy

Objective To analyze the curative effect of topiramate combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of chil-dren with epilepsy and the effect on serum cytokine levels in children.Methods A total of 180 patients with epilepsy treated in the 152nd Central Hospital of PLA from March 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n =90)and control group (n =90).The patients of two groups were treated with topiramate;in addition,the observation group was given com-bined with sodium valproate.Results The effective rate was 92.22% in the observation group and 82.22% in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).The levels of NSE, Hcy and IGF-1 were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,the improvement was more obvious in the observa-tion group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,the improvement was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Topiramate combined with sodium valproate is effective in the treatment of children with epilepsy,and it is safe and effective in improving the level of serum cytokines.
