丁苯酞氯化钠注射液与奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑梗死对照研究

目的分析丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 2015-07—2016-12在南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院药接受治疗的进展性缺血性脑卒中患者108例,按就诊顺单双号分成对照组及观察组各54例,2组均给予常规治疗,对照组在上述治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠注射液,观察组加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,对比2组治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活自理能力、焦虑及抑郁自评量表及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(100.00%vs.75.93%,P0.01);观察组治疗后不同时间NIHSS及ADL评分明显优于治疗前及对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后SAS及SDS评分均显著优于治疗前及对照组(P0.05);观察组患者治疗依从率较对照组显著提高(92.59%vs.72.22%,P0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的疗效良好,可有效改善患者的神经功能受损症状,缓解焦虑及紧张情绪,提高治疗依从率。

Comparative study of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and sodium ozagrel injection in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke

Objective To analyze the effect of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection on progressive ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 108 patients with progressive ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study,and were divided into the control group and observation group of 54 cases according to the treatment of single and double number.Two groups were treated with routine therapy.The control group was added sodium ozagrel injection;the observation group was added butylphthalide sodium chloride injection.The efficacy,neurological score,self-care ability of daily life,anxiety and depression self-rating scale and treat-ment compliance were compared.Results The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.93% in the control group (P <0.01).The scores of NIHSS and ADL in observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and control group (P <0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and control group (P <0.05).The treatment compliance rate was 92.59% in the observation group,which was higher than 72.22% in the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke,can improve neurological dysfunction symptoms,relieve anxiety and tension and im-prove treatment compliance.
