临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院90例脑出血患者,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用传统模式的常规护理,对干预前后的各项指标进行分析,比较2组Barthel指数(日常活动能力)、FMA积分(肢体运动功能)、医疗费用、住院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度等。结果与对照组比较,观察组Barthel指数较对照组明显增高(P0.05),FMA积分显著提高(P0.01),并发症发生率、医疗费用和住院时间显著减少(P0.05),患者的护理满意度明显上升。结论临床护理路径的应用提高了脑出血患者的护理质量,增加了患者的满意度。

Application effects of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in nursing service for cerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective To explore the application effects of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in nursing service for cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of inpatients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases).The observation group received clinical nursing pathway;the control group received conventional nursing methods.Every index before and after the nursing intervention was statistically analyzed.The related indexes such as Barthel index (daily living activity),FMA score (body motor function),medical costs,length of stay,incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the Barthe1 index of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05);the FMA score was extremely and significantly improved (P<0.01);the incidence of complications,the medical costs and the length of stay were significantly reduced (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the patients was significantly increased.Conclusion The nursing quality for the patients is improved through the use of clinical nursing pathway,and the satisfaction degree of the patients is also increased.
