| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Bax基因在星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法 用免疫组化 (SABC)检测 31例星形细胞瘤Bax的蛋白表达。结果 31例星形细胞瘤中 2 9例表达阳性 (93 5 % ) ,3例正常脑组织仅 1例有少量Bax阳性细胞 ,16例低级别 (Ⅰ～Ⅱ )星形细胞瘤中Bax表达强度高于 15例高级别 (Ⅲ～Ⅳ )星形细胞瘤 (P <0 .0 1) ,结论 Bax在星形细胞瘤中表达与星形细胞瘤分化有关 ,它可能参与了肿瘤细胞的凋亡。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of Bax in astrocytoma Methods Strepta Vidin Biotin Proxid complex (SABC) method and polyclonal antibody against Bax protein were employed Result Bax immunoreactivity was detected in 29 out of 31 cases of astrocytoma and 1 out of the 3 case of mornal control Expression of Bax in the 16 cases of low grade (WHO Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ) astrocytoma was higher than that in the 15 cases of high grade (WHO Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ) astrocytoma ( P <0.01) Conclusion The results suggest that Bax expression may be correlated with astrocytoma differentation and may take part in the modulation of apoptosis in astrocytoma |
