常德地区部分食品硒含量分析

采用原子荧光分光光度法,测定了常德地区17种食品的硒含量。结果表明,蘑菇、纽荷尔脐橙、富硒红心柚、富硒柑桔、富硒醉金香葡萄、富硒金手指葡萄、富硒维多利亚葡萄、富硒夏黑葡萄、黑茶、冷溪绿茶、茶油、富硒油葵油、富硒大米、富硒香米、富硒猪肉、红葡萄酒及富硒白酒中硒含量分别为0.400、0.010、0.023、0.017、0.398、1.159、0.448、0.555、0.430、0.363、0.093、0.037、1.000、1.296、0.134、0.535、0.106 mg/kg,为科学定量补硒提供了理论依据。

Determination of selenium content in partial food of Changde by atomic fluorescence spectrometry method

The selenium contents of 17 kinds of food in Changde were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry method.The results showed that the selenium contents of mushroom,newhall navel orange,selenium-enriched red grapefruit,selenium-enriched citrus,selenium-enriched Drunk Golden Muscat grapes,selenium-enriched Goldfinger grapes,selenium-enriched Victoria grapes and selenium-enriched summer black grapes as well as black tea,Lengxi green tea,tea oil,selenium-enriched oil sunflower oil,selenium-enriched rice,selenium-enriched fragrant rice,selenium-enriched pork,red wine and selenium-enriched Chinese liquor were 0.400、0.010、0.023、0.017、0.398、1.159、0.448、0.555、0.430、0.363、0.093、0.037、1.000、1.296、0.134、0.535、0.106 mg/kg,respectively,which provides a theoretical basis for scientific quantitative selenium supplement.
