| 摘 要： | 目的本研究探讨匹维溴铵对人体横结肠环行和纵行肌条的作用机理。方法取人体手术切除后的横结肠环形和纵行肌条,放入盛满krebs液的灌流肌槽中,加入不同浓度的匹维溴铵,记录其收缩活动的变化。并用乙酰胆碱收缩肌条,再观察不同浓度的匹维溴铵对乙酰胆碱拮抗效应。结果匹维溴铵在10 -9浓度即可以使人横结肠环形肌和纵行肌离体肌条的收缩波波幅降低频率减慢(P <0 0 5 ) ,且呈剂量依赖性。并可以降低乙酰胆碱刺激产生的收缩波的波幅和频率(P <0 0 5 )。结论匹维澳铵可以抑制人离体肌条的收缩活动,并可以抗乙酰胆碱对肌条的收缩作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of pinaverium bromide on activity of isolated latitudinal strips and longitudinal strips of human transverse colon after the colon carcinoma operation.Methods One end of the strips was field in a tissue chamber while the other end was connected to an isometric force transducer,then the motility of strips was recorded.Results Pinaverium bromide at 10~-9 concentration could degrade the wave amplitude of human transverse colon latitudinal strips and longitudinal strips, and the wave amplitude of human transverse colon latitudinal strips and longitudinal strips which had been contracted by acetylcholine.Conclusion Pinaverium bromide can repress the action of human transverse colon and can antagonize the action of acetylcholine. |
