| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硬膜外麻醉不全的发生过程和局部阻滞麻醉药的药理作用机制,以及以吗啡为主的硬膜外镇痛疗效和进行硬膜外镇痛的使用标准。方法选取硬膜外麻醉不全的手术病人500例,术后全部使用原来硬膜外导管进行术后镇痛48h,使用镇痛药物吗啡。结果硬膜外镇痛效果良好318例,硬膜外镇痛效果尚可125例,总有效率为88.5%,硬膜外镇痛效果失效57例,占镇痛病例11.4%。结论硬膜外麻醉不全术后应用硬膜外导管进入硬膜外腔进行术后镇痛,有良好的硬膜外镇痛效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the occurrence process of incomplete epidural anesthesia and the action mechanisms of local anesthetic.Methods 500 cases of operation patients of incomplete epidural anesthesia were selected.All patients used morphine to epidural analgesia after operation.Results Good effect was obtained in 318 cases and overall effective rate was 88.5%.Conclusion Epidural analgesia has good analgesic effect for patients with incomplete epidural anesthesia. |
