新兵训练初始阶段身体素质与焦虑情绪的相关性及其在训练伤发生中的交互作用

目的 :探讨新兵初始身体素质与焦虑情绪的相关性和在训练伤发生中的交互作用 ,为新兵训练和预防训练伤提供依据。方法 :用前瞻性队列研究方法 ,整群抽取某两个团各一个连的新兵 2 13人 ,按照GJB1337— 92《士兵体能的测量和评价》的标准测量运动能力 ;同时采用《状态—特质焦虑量表》测量其状态焦虑和特质焦虑。训练伤由专门的医务人员定期主动筛检。结果 :身体素质与状态焦虑情绪呈负相关r=- 0 2 4(P <0 0 1) ;身体素质与特质焦虑情绪呈负相关r=- 0 2 (P <0 0 1)。当运动成绩得分 <32 0、状态焦虑得分≥ 5 0时 ,两者对训练伤的发生具有交互作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,RR =3 18。结论 :初始身体素质与初始焦虑情绪呈负相关。较低的初始运动能力和较高的状态焦虑的交互作用对训练伤的发生影响较大。

The Interaction and Relation of Physical Fitness and Anxiety to the Injuries during Recruit's Primary Military Physical Training

Aim To investigate the interaction and relation of the recruit's motor ability and anxiety to the injuries during primary military physical training. Methods Prospective cohort study was carried out to describe the incidence in 213 recruits during basic military physical training.Motor ability was measured according to GJB 1337—92 《Measurement and Evaluation of Physical Fitness for Soldier》.State anxiety and trait anxiety were measured according to questionnaire of《State-trait Anxiety inventory,STAI-Form》.Injured soldiers were detected by an active screen project.Results State anxiety and physical fitness were closely related (r=-0 24) (P<0 01), so as the trait anxiety and physical fitness (r=-0 2) (P<0 01). The incidence of training injuries was highest in the recruits with state anxiety score≥50 level and motor ability score<320 level (RR=3 18).Conclusion In primary physical training of the recruits , anxiety and physical fitness were closely related.The incidence of training injuries was highest in the recruits with the higher level of state anxiety and the lower level of motor ability.
