| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口服米索前列醇预防产后出血的效果。方法:将在我院住院的剖宫产和正常分娩产妇120例随机分成两组,口服米索前列醇60例为实验组,肌注缩宫素60例为对照组,分别观察产后2 h阴道出血情况及第三产程时间。结果:实验组阴道出血量和第三产程时间与对照组比较明显减少和缩短(P<0.05)。结论:口服米索前列醇能较好预防产后出血。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the Misoprostol’s curative effect on preventing puerperal hemorrhage.Methods:Dividing 120 lying-in women(both undergoing regular as well as Caesarean operation) into two groups in random.One is exam group whose 60 members took Misoprostol,the other is control group whose 60 members took Oxytocin.We respectively observed each group’s vagina hemorrhage and the period of time of the third puerperal process.Results:The amount of the puerperal hemorrhage in the exam group was obviously less than that of the control group;and the period of time of the third puerperal process in the exam group was markedly shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:Misoprostol can effectively prevent puerperal hemorrhage. |
