| 摘 要： | 目的探讨闭合复位解剖钢板内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果.方法对24例老年股骨转子间骨折进行闭合复位解剖钢板内固定,围手术期积极防止各种并发症,术后长期抗骨质疏松治疗.平均随访时间20个月(12～28个月).结果本组骨折均在12个月内愈合.2例出现轻度髋内翻,无1例发生股骨头缺血性坏死、感染、骨不连和肢体短缩.参照张保中等评分标准:优10例,良12例,中2例,优良率91.67%.结论闭合复位解剖钢板内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折符合生物力学观点,具有创伤小、手术操作简便、固定牢固、患髋能够早期功能锻炼等优点,是目前较好的固定方法.
