两种液基薄层细胞学方法筛查宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的评价

目的对2种液基薄层细胞学方法筛查宫颈癌和癌前病变的对比进行分析与评价,以期找到宫颈癌早期筛查质量好又经济的方案。方法2007年3～10月,对980例患者分别采用Hong Xiang细胞学检测系统(489例)和新柏氏薄层细胞学检测系统(TCT,491例)进行宫颈病变的早期筛查,对167例(HongXiang 82例,TCT 85例)细胞学阳性或临床可疑的患者行阴道镜下活组织检查。结果Hong Xiang检查的阳性率与TCT细胞学检查的阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Hong Xiang细胞学检查在诊断宫颈低度病变、高度病变与宫颈癌的准确率上与TCT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Hong Xiang细胞学检测系统可以替代新柏氏薄层细胞学检测系统并降低耗材。

Comparison of two methods of screening early cervical cancer

Objective To analyze and evaluate two methods in testing cervical cancer or precancerous lesion in order to select the most effective and economical approach for screening early cervical cancer.Methods From March to October of 2007,980 cases of outpatients were performed the early screening of cervical cancer by Hong Xiang cell smearing(n=489) and Thinprep cytological test(TCT,n=491),respectively,in which 167 cases underwent biopsy under colposcope according to the cytological examination results or clinical characteristics.Results There was no significant difference for two different screening methods regarding to the positive screening rate,the diagnostic accuracy of LSIL,HSIL and cervical cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion Hong Xiang screening system may replace the TCT system in term of its lower material consumption.
