摘    要:RNA干扰(RNAi)是指双链RNA(dsRNA)在细胞内特异性诱导同源互补的mRNA降解,从而阻断相应基因表达的现象.随着哺乳动物RNA干扰的研究不断取得进展,RNA干扰显示出作为一种新型肿瘤基因治疗方法的巨大优越性.初步的实验结果表明,用RNA干扰治疗癌症的设想有可能变成现实.

Abstract:RNA interference (RNAi) refers to homologous complementary mRNA degradation induced specifically by double-stranded RNA, which actually interdicts the expression of corresponding genes. The continual development of the study on mammiferous RNAi shows its tremendous advantage as a novel genetic therapeutic technique on tumor. Pilot studies have indicated that tentative plan of treating tumor by RNAi technology may be turned into reality.
