| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆哈密地区美沙酮维持治疗脱失和保持情况及其影响因素。方法采用病例对照研究方法,将2008年1~6月期间入组的门诊264名病人根据观察时间结束的治疗情况分为已退出治疗的脱失组(病例组)和仍在服药的维持治疗组(对照组),分析两组海洛因依赖者的社会人口学特征、药物依赖及治疗剂量、治疗时间等影响美沙酮维持治疗依从性的因素。结果男性、维吾尔族、无业、文化程度低、吸毒时间短、偷吸等是影响美沙酮维持治疗依从性的危险因素。结论维持治疗中患者脱失的原因客观存在,但采用相应对策可以降低脱失率,提高维持治疗率。
