大罗伞鲜品根、茎、叶挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:研究大罗伞鲜品根、茎、叶中的挥发油成分。方法:采摘12 h内的大罗伞,用挥发油测定器提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分析,采用NIST标准谱库结合保留指数解谱法对各成分进行定性分析,并用面积归一化法计算各成分的质量分数。结果:从大罗伞根、茎、叶的挥发油中确定出7、12、5个成分,分别占各自挥发油总量的91.7%、83.6%、85.4%;其中,棕榈酸为大罗伞根、茎、叶挥发油的主要成分,分别占各自挥发油总量的66.0%、60.4%、71.8%。结论:该方法可快速、准确地鉴别大罗伞鲜品根、茎、叶中的挥发油成分,可为大罗伞药材的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。

Analysis of Volatile Oil from the Roots,Stems and Leaves of Psychotria rubra by GC-MS

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the roots,stems and leaves of Psychotria rubra.METHODS:Fresh samples were picked within 12 h;volatile oil was extracted by volatile oil determination apparatus and analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents of volatile oil were analyzed qualitatively by using NIST standard spectral library and retention index. The relative contents of constituents were calculated with area normalization method. RESULTS:7,12 and 5 chemical constituents were identified in volatile oil from the roots,stems and leaves of P. rubra,accounting for 91.7%,83.6% and 85.4% in the total. Main constituent of volatile oil from the roots,stems and leaves of P. rubra was hexadecanoic acid,accounting for 66.0%,60.4% and71.8%. CONCLUSIONS:The analysis of chemical constituents in volatile oil from fresh P. rubra reflect the real situation in greatest extent,and provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of P. rubra.
