2010-2012年武汉地区32家医疗卫生机构血液系统基本药物应用分析

目的:为进一步促进血液系统基本药物的合理应用提供参考。方法:应用金额排序法和用药频度(DDDs)排序法,对武汉地区32家医疗卫生机构2010-2012年临床血液系统基本药物应用状况进行回顾性统计和分析。结果:2010-2012年,武汉地区32家医疗卫生机构血液系统基本药物的销售金额和DDDs逐年增长,年均增长率分别为29.68%和4.51%,其中销售金额排序前3位的为抗血小板药、血容量扩充剂和抗凝血药及溶栓药,DDDs排序前3位的为抗贫血药、抗血小板药和抗凝血药及溶栓药;DDDs排序前5位的品种始终是腺苷钴胺、叶酸、阿司匹林、维生素B12、氯吡格雷;销售金额排序前5位的始终是氯吡格雷、羟乙基淀粉、低分子量肝素、阿司匹林、肝素。结论:该地区血液系统基本药物的应用状况符合临床应用特点,销售金额及DDDs排序合理,其趋势也符合国家基本药物目录的预期和制定的目标。

Analysis of the Utilization of Hematological System Essential Medicines in 32 Hospitals from Wuhan Area during the Period of 2010--2012

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for further promoting the rational utilization of hematological system essential medicines in Wuhan area. METHODS： With the method of amount sorting and DDDs, the utilization of hematological system es- sential medicines in 32 hospitals from Wuhan area during 2010-2012 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The DDDs and con- sumption sum of hematological system essential medicines in 32 hospital from Wuhan area were increased year by year during 2010-2012, with annual increase rate of 29.68% and 4.51%, respectively. Top 3 medicines in the list of consumption sum were antiplatelet, anticoagulant, blood volume expander and thrombolytic drug. Top 3 medicines in the list of DDDs were antianaemic, antiplatelet drug, anticoagulant and thrombolytic drug. Top 5 medicines in the list of DDDs were cobamamide, folic acid, aspirin, vitamin B12 and clopidogrel. Top 5 medicines in the list of consumption sum were clopidogrel, hetastarch, low molecular weight heparin, aspirin and heparin. CONCLUSIONS： The hematological system essential medicines used in Wuhan area is in accordance with clinical characteristics, and consumption sum and DDDs of them are rational on the whole. Its utilization trend also meets the expectations and target of National Essential Medicine List.
