| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定生血宝合剂中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax SBC18,流动相为乙腈-0.05磷酸(35∶65,V/V),检测波长为203 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl。结果:黄芪甲苷检测质量浓度在0.999.90μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.2%;平均加样回收率为101.1%,RSD=1.86%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便可靠、专属性强、重复性好,可用于生血宝合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of astragaloside IV in Shengxuebao mixture. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on Zorbax SBC,8 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05（ phosphate acid （35：65, V/V） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 203 am, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample size was 20 μl. RESULTS： The liner range of astragaloside IV were 0.99-9.90 μg/ml（r=0.999 6） ; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.2%. The average recovery was 101.1% （RSD= 1.86 %, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Shengxuebao mixture. |
