胃镜中联合应用地西泮和咪哒唑仑的镇静效果和安全性观察

目的：探讨在胃镜检查(治疗)中联合应用地西泮和咪哒唑仑的镇静效果和安全性。方法：1228例患者在胃镜检查(治疗)前依次静脉注射地西泮、咪哒唑仑，术中和术后严密观察患者的呼吸、脉搏、血压、血氧饱和度、镇静状态、遗忘程度及满意度。结果：1226例顺利完成检查或治疗，2例终止；镇静程度2级1014例(82．57％)；所有患者的呼吸、脉搏、血压未发现明显下降；22例血氧饱和度下降，最低为83％；术后1194例(97．23％)全遗忘，1226例(99．84％)表示满意。结论：适量联合应用地西泮和咪哒唑仑进行胃镜检查(治疗)是一种有效、安全的方法。

Study on the combined use of diazepam and midazolam during sedation gastroscopy

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of the combined use of diazepam and midazolam during sedation gastroscopy. Methods: 1 228 patients were given diazepam and midazolam intravenously just before gastroscopy. The pulse(P) , respiration( R) , blood pressure(BP) , oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) , sedative score, oblivion degree and satisfaction degree of all the patients were observed and recorded. Results: Gastroscopies were performed successfully in 1 226 patients, and failed in 2 patients. No abnormal P, R, BP changes of all the patients were found. Desaturation was found in 22 patients ( minimum SaO2 = 83% ), and recovered soon after the procedure. 1 194 (97.23%) patients were compliant with the gastroscopy procedure completely. Satisfaction rate with the procedure was 99. 84% (1 226/1 228). Conclusions: The combined use of diazepam and midazolam during sedation gastroscopy is effective and safe.
