头孢美唑和头孢哌酮治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

摘    要:目的比较头孢美唑与头孢哌酮治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的疗效,并进行药物经济学分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析比较头孢美唑与头孢哌酮治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的疗效,运用药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果头孢美唑与头孢哌酮治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的总有效率分别为83.33%和79.17%,二者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗成本分别为1349.6元和1011.8元,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用头孢哌酮治疗儿童下呼吸道感染比头孢美唑经济,符合药物经济学原则。

Abstract:Objective To compare the cost-effectiveness of cefmetazole and cefoperazone in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in children and to guide a better choice and utilization of drug in clinic.Methods In the retrospective study,the method of cost-effectiveness was adopted to evaluate cefmetazole and cefoperazone.Results These two drugs were both efficient(the effective rate was 83.33%and 79.17%,respectively)and there were no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05).The total cost of cefmetazole was 1 349.6 yuan and another was 1 011.8 yuan.The cost of two drugs had significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Taking Cefoperazone for treating lower respiratory tract infection in children is better than cefmetazole from the view of pharmacoeconomics.
