| 摘 要： | 体重下降和营养不良是恶性肿瘤患者最常见的问题,营养支持治疗虽不是一个独立治疗方法,但对肿瘤患者而言是极其重要的辅助性治疗,贯穿于整个治疗过程,是恶病质治疗的重要组成部分,本文就其近几年国内外的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Weight loss and malnutrition are most common problems in patients with tumors .Rather than a separated therapeutic treatment , nutrition support therapy has been considered as synergetic and neo-adjuvant oncological treatment ..We should integrate nutrition support into the overall management of patients, and also nutrition is an essential part of cachexia treatment .In this paper, the current status and development of nutrition support of surgical oncology was reviewed . |
