3D腹腔镜胃癌根治术的发展与未来

腹腔镜胃癌根治术已发展20余年,已在国际上开展逐渐广泛并得到越来越多的认同。但是腹腔镜胃癌手术解剖层面多、淋巴清扫范围广、消化道重建选择多样,在传统2D腹腔镜视野下是一种相对难度较高的手术。近年来,随着科技的发展与设备的改进,3D腹腔镜已在普外科手术领域中推广普及,为外科医师们带来了全新的手术视野。在腹腔镜胃肠外科领域中,3D腹腔镜系统能否带来新的关键技术突破,为胃肠外科带来新的方向有待进一步关注。

The development of 3D-laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

Since laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy was reported more than 20 years ago, clinical application of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been recognized gradually .However , laparoscopic gastrectomy requires high surgical techniques .Surgeons must spend much time in anatomising the planes , dissecting the lymph nodes and reconstructing the digestive tracts , all of which are difficult under 2D-vision. In recent years, 3D laparoscopy has been widely used in general surgery with the development of technology and improvement of equipments .Once the 3D system has a breakthrough in new technology , the future of laparoscopic surgery would be promising .
