七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视疲劳的临床效果评价

目的：评价视疲劳患者使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取2013年1月-2013年6月共计6个月在本院门诊就诊的单纯性视疲劳患者182例，在使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液进行治疗后，跟踪回访患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果：使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液的182例患者中，显效153例（84%），有效23（12.6%）例，无效6例（3.3%）。总有效率96.7%，不良反应3例（1.6%）。结论：七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能快速、安全、有效缓解视疲劳的症状和体征。

Clinical effects of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops on asthenopia

To evaluate the curative effect and security of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops on asthenopia. Methods：Objects were patients with simple asthenopia during January 2013 to June 2013, totally 182 patients in our hospital clinic included. To follow-up the patients therapeutic effect and adverse reaction after the use of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops. Results：In the 182 patients who used esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops, 153 cases （84%） were markedly improved, 23 cases （12.6%） were effective, 6 cases （3.3%） were invalid, the total efficacy was 96.7%, 3 cases （1.6%） suffered from adverse reaction. Conclusion：Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops is fast, safe and effective in alleviating the symptoms and signs of asthenopia.
