| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗早期先兆流产效果。方法：随机数字法选取我院收治46例早期先兆流产患者，分别采用单纯西医以及中西医结合治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：比较两组患者的治疗效果，实验组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组，实验组患者的止血时间、腰酸腹痛缓解时间明显少于对照组，P＜0.05，比较有统计学意义。结论：给予早期先兆流产患者中西医结合治疗，治疗效果显著，安全可靠。

Clinical observation on treating incipient abortion in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on incipient abortion. Methods： 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 21 cases in the control group were given the western medicine treatment, and another group was given the integrative medicine. Results：The efficiency in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control. Hemostatic time and relieving time of lumbar abdomen pain in the experimental group was obviously shorter than that in the control. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine shows good clinical effects, and deserves further promotion. |
