中药超声导入结合中药面膜治疗痤疮的临床观察

目的：探讨中药超声导入结合中药面膜治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法：53例治疗组患者予中药超声导入结合中药面膜外敷治疗，52例对照组予口服泰尔丝胶囊治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率分别为18.9%、43.4%、77.4%和84.9%，显著优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药超声导入结合中药面膜治疗痤疮具有确切临床应用价值。

Clinical observation on treating acne by TCM medicine ultrasound importing plus herbal mask

To investigate clinical effects of TCM medicine ultrasound importing plus herbal mask on acne. Methods：105 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the observation group was given TCM medicine ultrasound importing plus herbal mask, and the control group was given Tai Ersi capsule. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was 18.9%、43.4%、77.4%and 84.9%respectively, significantly better than that in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM medicine ultrasound importing plus herbal mask on acne, with the confirmed clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical application.
