| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是一组多病因引起胰岛素分泌和（或）作用缺陷的慢些高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。心血管疾病是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一。其中尤以冠心病更多见，危害更严重。美国胆固醇教育计划成人治疗组指南，明确地将糖尿病列为冠心病的等危因素，有研究者甚至把2型糖尿病等同于心血管疾病。因此，对糖尿病患者来说，预防、延缓心血管疾病，尤其是对冠心病的发生、发展至关重要。笔者近年来采用西医加用糖心散治疗糖尿病冠心病48例，取得了良好疗效，现报道如下。

| Abstract: | Diabetes is a kind of metabolic diseases, which is characterized by high blood sugar from many reasons. Cardiovascular disease is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, especially of coronary heart diseases. U.S. Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel guidelines regard diabetes as a risk factor. Therefore, prevention of cardiovascular diseases was significant for patients. The author treating 48 cases of diabetes plus CHD with Tangxin San shows great effects, now it is introduced as followed. |
