中西医结合治疗儿童毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年10月-2013年10月收治的毛细支气管炎儿童患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用常规西医治疗法，观察组采用中西医结合法治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果：观察组的总有效率为98%，显著高于对照组的88%；且患者不适症状缓解及住院时间均显著低于对照组，具有统计学差异。结论：中西医结合治疗儿童毛细支气管炎，可有效提升总有效率、缩短治疗时间，具有良好临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating pediatric bronchiolitis in the integrative medicine

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on pediatric bronchiolitis. Methods：100 patients with pediatric bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups from October 2012 to October 2013. The control group was given the conventional treatment, and another group was given the integrative medicine. Results：The total efficiency in the observation was 98%, obviously higher than 88%in the control, and physical symptoms and hospital stay in the observation were obviously less than those in the control. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The integrative medicine could improve the total efficiency and shorten the treating time, and it was confirmed in clinical and deserves further promotion.
