参苓白术散在腹泻型肠易激惹综合征治疗中的价值分析

目的：分析参苓白术散在腹泻型肠易激惹综合征治疗中的价值。方法：选取2011年10月-2013年10月在我院接受治疗的腹泻型肠易激惹综合征64例，分为两组，对观察组和对照组治疗效果和不良反应进行观察。结果：治疗组有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的有效率（78.13%）（P〈0.05）；观察组的不良反应与对照组无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：参苓白术散可以安全、有效地治疗腹泻型肠易激惹综合征。

A value analysis of Shenling Baizhu San on D-IBS

To analyze the Shenling Baizhu San on D-IBS. Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into two groups from Oct 2011 to Oct 2013. Treatment effects and adverse reaction were recorded. Results：Efficacy in the treatment group was 93.75%, obviously higher than 78.13% （P〈0.05） in the control group. The adverse reaction in the two groups was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome can be treated on Shenling Baizhu safety and effectively.
