消瘀抗瘤方配合化疗治疗肿瘤合并血瘀证48例

目的：观察中药消瘀抗瘤方对晚期肿瘤患者血液流变性的影响。方法：选取我院2012年8月-2013年8月收治的48例肿瘤合并血瘀证患者，将患者随机分为两组，观察组24例，接受消瘀抗瘤方配合化疗进行治疗，对照组患者24例，仅接受化疗治疗，在治疗8周后比较两组患者血液流变学指标变化。结果：观察组接受消瘀抗瘤方配合化疗治疗后，患者血液中全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数明显低于治疗前，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组仅接受化疗的患者治疗后全血低切还原黏度外明显低于治疗前，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。而患者血液中全血高切还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉方程 K 值和治疗前比较无显著差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：消瘀抗瘤方配合化疗治疗肿瘤合并血瘀证临床疗效显著，对患者血瘀证症状有着良好的改善作用，能够使患者血液黏度迅速降低，在临床中有极大的推广价值。

Treating 48 cases of tumor plus the Xueyu syndrome with the Xiaoyu Kangliu recipe plus chemotherapy

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Xiaoyu Kangliu recipe on tumor with the Xueyu syndrome. Methods：48 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given the Xiaoyu Kangliu recipe plus chemotherapy, and another was given chemotherapy solo. Results： The high shear reduced viscosity, low high shear reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were obviously lower than before, and differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The low shear reduced whole blood viscosity in the control was lower than before, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The high shear reduced whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K in the control was not statistically significant different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiaoyu Kangliu recipe plus chemotherapy was good at treating tumor with Xueyu syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms and quickly reduce blood viscosity, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
