| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经方小青龙汤对慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法：选择60例慢性支气管炎急性发作的患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予抗感染、化痰等对症支持疗法，治疗组在此基础上加服中药小青龙汤随证加减，观察两组服药前后的症状、影像学检查改变。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%，明显优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：小青龙汤有宣肺止咳平喘的作用，以小青龙汤加减为主，中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效满意。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of AECB with the Xiao Qinglong decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of the Xiao Qinglong decoction on chronic bronchitis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given anti-infective therapy;the treatment group was added the Xiao Qinglong decoction more. Results： The total efficiency in observation group （93.3%） was significantly better than that in the control, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The Xiao Qinglong decoction plus integrative medicine was confirmed with good effects on AECB. |
