加味温胆汤治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

目的：探讨加味温胆汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年3月-2013年11月我所治疗的74例冠心病患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组予以地奥心血康胶囊治疗，实验组采用加味温胆汤治疗，比较两组的心电图缺血改善情况及硝酸甘油减停率。结果：治疗后实验组显效15例，有效22例，无效1例，临床有效率为97.37%；对照组显效10例，有效19例，无效7例，临床有效率为80.56%，实验组临床有效率高于对照组，比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；实验组停药23例，减量13例，不变2例，总停减率为94.74%；对照组停药7例，减量23例，不变6例，总停减率为83.33%，实验组硝酸甘油减停率高于对照组，差异比较显著（P＜0.05）。结论：采用加味温胆汤治疗冠心病能显著改善临床疗效显著，可作为治疗冠心病的有效方法。

Clinical observation on treating CHD with the Wendan decoction

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of the Wendan decoction on coronary heart disease. Methods：74 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control was given DAXXK capsules, while the treatment was given the Wendan decoction. ECG improvement and reduction of nitroglycerin in two groups were compared. Results：In the treatment, 15 cases were markedly improved, 22 cases were improved, 1 case was invalid, the total efficacy was 97.37%;in the control, 10 cases were markedly improved, 19 cases were improved, 7 case was invalid, the total efficacy was 80.56%, clinical efficacy in the treatment was higher with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total reduction in the treatment was 94.74%, while in another it was 83.33%, reduction of Nitroglycerin in the treatment was higher with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Wendan decoction can be used as effective recipe for coronary heart disease.
