安络化纤丸联合苦参素胶囊治疗肝纤维化疗效探讨

目的：探讨安络化纤丸联合苦参素胶囊治疗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的84例肝纤维化患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各42例，给予对照组患者单纯苦参素胶囊治疗，给予观察组患者安络化纤丸联合苦参素胶囊治疗，对两组患者治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化指标进行对比。结果：两组患者治疗前肝功能、肝纤维化指标比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05），治疗后两组患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标均明显改善（P＜0.05），且治疗后观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：给予肝纤维化患者安络化纤丸联合苦参素胶囊治疗可有效的改善患者肝功能及肝纤维化化指标，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。

Clinical effects on treating hepatic fibrosis with Anluo Huaxian Wan plus Kushensu capsule

Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Anluo Huaxian Wan plus Kushensu capsule on hepatic fibrosis. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 42 cases in the control group were given Kushensu capsule, and another group was given the Anluo Huaxian Wan plus Kushensu capsule. Liver function and hepatic fibrosis in the two groups were compared in the treatment. Results：The difference of liver function and hepatic fibrosis in two groups before treatment shows no statistically significance （P〉0.05）. The difference of liver function and hepatic fibrosis in two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Liver function and hepatic fibrosis in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Anluo Huaxian Wan plus Kushensu capsule can improve liver function and hepatic fibrosis, show good clinical effects, and deserves further promotion.
