益气养阴方对晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响

目的：评价中药益气养阴方对改善晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法：将60例晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者按照随机对照的方式分为两组，对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予常规化疗，观察组在常规化疗的基础上予中药益气养阴方煎服，1剂/日，2周为1个疗程。比较观察组在服用中药8周后与对照组在生活质量改善效果及EORTC QLQ-C30生活质量评分等方面的差异。结果：治疗后两组生活质量改善效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且治疗后在EORTC QLQ-C30生活质量评分方面观察组均较对照组有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药益气养阴方能显著提高患者EORTC QLQ-C30生活质量评分，从而起到改善晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的作用。

Effects of the Yiqi Yangyin recipe on life quality in patients with advanced carcinoma

To evaluate effects of the Yiqi Yangyin recipe on life quality in patients with advanced carcinoma. Methods：60 patients with advanced carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment. 30 cases in the observation group were given the Yiqi Yangyin recipe on the base of conventional treatment, 1 dose daily, 2 weeks as 1 course. Distinctions of life quality improvement and EORTC QLQ-C30 in the two groups can be drawn in 8 weeks. Results：The difference in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment （P〈0.05）. EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group is better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yiqi Yangyin recipe can significantly improve EORTC QLQ-C30 and life quality in patients with advanced carcinoma.
