参芎葡萄糖注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨观察参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效，总结其临床应用价值。方法：将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例，两组均常规西药治疗，治疗组加用参芎葡萄糖注射液100mL，1次/d，连续治疗15d后，观察两组患者的治疗效果，并总结其临床意义。结果：观察组显效13例，有效12例，无效7例，总有效率为78.1%；对照组显效7例，有效10例，无效15例，总有效率为53.1%，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：参芎葡萄糖注射液配合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛明显优于单纯西药治疗，且未见明显不良反应，值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating unstable angina with the Shenxiong glucose injection

Objective：To discuss clinical efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injection on unstable angina. Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 32 cases in the control group were given the conventional treatment. 32 cases in the treatment group were given Shenxiong glucose injection 100 mL more, once/d, and get conclusion in 15d. Results：In the observation group, 13 cases were significantly effective, 12 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total efficacy was 78.1%. In another group, 7 cases were significantly effective, 10 cases were effective, 15 cases were ineffective, and the efficacy was 53.1%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shenxiong glucose injection plus western medicine is good at unstable angina than western medicine solo, with no obviously adverse reaction, and worthy of recommending.
