| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药熏洗坐浴与中药冷敷治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法：60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组用中药熏洗坐浴与中药冷敷治疗，外用马应龙痔疮膏；对照组单纯采用中药熏洗坐浴，于大便后先熏后洗，2次/d，20min/次，马应龙痔疮膏外用，7d为1个疗程，2个疗程结束后判断治疗效果，对比两组患者治疗后疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论：中药熏洗坐浴与中药冷敷治疗痔疮效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine on hemorrhoids. Methods： The treatment was given TCM fumigation and MA Ying-long hemorrhoids ointment for external; the control was given TCM fumigation solo, twice one day, clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results：The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM medicine has great effects on hemorrhoids. |
