| 摘 要： | 目的：观察热毒宁注射液雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌患者放疗所致急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤的疗效。方法：采用随机对照试验,鼻咽癌患者放疗中出现急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤患者134例,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组常规氧气雾化吸入地塞米松注射液,实验组使用热毒宁注射液氧气雾化吸入治疗。结果：实验组与对照组比较,急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤程度明显减轻, P＜0.05,口咽黏膜修复耗时平均时间与总疗程耗时平均时间明显缩短,P＜0.05。结论：热毒宁注射液雾化吸入治疗鼻咽癌患者急性放射性口咽黏膜损伤的疗效确切,副作用低,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Redu Ning inhalation on oropharyngeal mucosal injury caused by radiotherapy. Methods： 134 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given dexamethasone injection inhalation; the experimental group was given The Redu Ning injection inhalation. Results： In the experimental group, the extent of oropharyngeal mucosal injury was significantly reduced, the average duration of oropharyngeal mucosal recovering and total courses were significantly shortened, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The Redu Ning injection inhalation was confirmed with good effects, with few adverse effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
