中医辨证论治心脏神经官能症54例

目的：探讨中医辨证论治心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法：选取108例患者，随机分为中医组（54例）和西医组（54例），分别采用中医和西医治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后心电图和有效性。结果：中医组患者心电图改善情况显著优于西医组（P〈0.05），中医组总有效率（94.44%）高于西医组（61.11%），具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用中医辨证论治心脏神经官能症，疗效显著。

Treating 54 cases of cardiac neurosis in TCM differentiation

To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation on cardiac neurosis. Methods： 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the TCM group was given TCM treatment, and the western medicine group was given western medicine. Results： The TCM group was significantly better than western medicine group, the improvement of electrocardiogram and the total efficacy were better （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation for cardiac neurosis has markedly effects.
