| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医辨证施护对提高支气管哮喘病人治疗效果的作用。方法：将93例哮喘患者随即分为对照组48例和观察组45例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理，观察组在常规治疗护理基础上给予辨证施护，比较两组疗效。结果：对照组总有效率75.00%，观察组总有效率为91.11%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对支气管哮喘病人采用辨证施护能改善哮喘的症状，有效预防和减少发作次数，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate clinical effects of TCM differentiation nursing on bronchial asthma. Methods：93 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in the control group were given the conventional treatment and nursing. 45 cases in the observation group were given the conventional treatment and TCM differentiation nursing. Results：The total efficiency in the control was 75.00%, and in the observation group was 91.11%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM differentiation nursing of bronchial asthma can relieve symptoms, effectively prevent and decrease attack times, and is worthy of recommending. |
