变应性鼻炎引起鼻后滴漏综合征采用清金百部汤治疗的临床效果报道

目的：探讨分析采用清金百部汤治疗变应性鼻炎引起鼻后滴漏综合征的临床效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的110例变应性鼻炎引起鼻后滴漏综合征患者为研究对象，将其按照入院就诊序号奇偶分成两组，观察组55例患者给予清金百部汤治疗，对照组55例患者给予常规西药治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率89.1%，显著高于对照组74.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用清金百部汤治疗变应性鼻炎引起鼻后滴漏综合征的临床疗效较显著，值得应用。

Clinical observation on treating postnasal drip syndrome caused by allergic rhinitis with the Qingjin Baibu decoction

To investigate clinical effects of the Qingjin Baibu decoction on postnasal drip syndrome caused by allergic rhinitis. Methods：110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 55 patients in the observation group were given the Qingjin Baibu decoction, and the control group was given western medicine. Results：The total efficacy in the observation group was 89.1%, significantly higher than 74.5% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qingjin Baibu decoction shows good effects on postnasal drip syndrome caused by allergic rhinitis, and is worthy of clinical application.
