综合针灸疗法治疗寻常痤疮的临床思路探索

目的：对综合针灸疗法治疗寻常痤疮的临床思路进行探索，为今后痤疮的治疗提供更好的临床方法。方法：选取2013年5月-2013年11月经本院门诊诊治的痤疮患者120例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各60例，试验组患者采用综合针灸疗法，同时外用痤疮膏、口服痤疮合剂及西药（如四环素、甲硝唑片等），而对照组采用单纯毫针刺疗法，外用痤疮膏、口服痤疮合剂及西药（如四环素、甲硝唑片等）。结果：3个疗程之后，试验组总有效率为98.33%，对照组总有效率为80.00%，综合针灸疗法的效果优于单纯毫针刺疗法，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：综合针灸疗法对寻常痤疮治疗效果显著，简单安全，对于生活质量的改善及身心健康具有重要意义。

Clinical observation on treating acne disseminate by the comprehensive acupuncture therapy

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of comprehensive acupuncture therapy on acne disseminate and provide better clinical methods. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both were given acne cream for external use, took orally acne mixture and western medicine including tetracycline and metronidazole tablets;the treatment was given comprehensive acupuncture therapy, the control was given filiform acupuncture. Results：In 3 treating courses, the total efficiency in the treatment was 98.33%and 80.00%in the control. The comprehensive acupuncture therapy was better than filiform acupuncture solo. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive acupuncture therapy was effective on acne disseminate, it was safe and simple, could improve patients’ living quality and mental-physical health.
