| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨吗丁啉治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果.方法:将61例新生早产儿随机分为两组,均给予多酶片等常规治疗,均采用鼻胃管喂养.治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用吗丁啉,观察喂养不耐受好转情况.结果:吗丁啉干预治疗后,每天完成奶量增加,胃潴留量减少,体重增加,与对照组比较,差异有极其显著性(P＜0.01).结论:吗丁啉能较好地改善早产儿喂养不耐受.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of premature infants with feeding-intolerance treat ed by Motilium. Methods: 61 newborn-premature infants were divided into two groups randomly by the time of born , both were given Multienzy me Tablets and acceptted intermittent nasogastric feeding (INGF). The treatment gr oup were given Motilium another, to observe the changes of feeding-intolerance. Results:After treated with Motilium, the volume of feeding mile and the weight of body have been improved, gastric retention valume has been re d uced .There are significant differences between the treatment group and the cont rol group (P<0 01).Conclusion:Motilium can improve the tol erance of premature infant with feeding intolerance. |
