| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价一种拟申报保健食品— QKX口服液的驱铅作用。方法 :使用清洁级健康雄性 SD大鼠 ,按体重随机分为 5组 ,即空白对照、高铅模型对照和 1.6 7m l/ kg.bw、 3.33ml/ kg.bw、 6 .6 7ml/ kg.bw 3个剂量组 ,饮水给予 0 .1%醋酸铅水溶液建立大鼠预防性铅中毒模型 ,同时灌胃给予受试物 ,每周称体重两次并调整灌胃量 ,喂养 30 d后测定血、肝脏和股骨中的铅含量。结果 :QKX口服液能显著降低高铅摄入大鼠的肝铅含量 ,但对血铅和股骨铅含量无明显影响。结论 :QKX口服液有一定程度的促进高铅摄入动物排铅和降低肝铅蓄积的作用

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to evaluate the lead expelling effect of QKX health liquid.Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided by weight into five groups including blank control group,lead model control group and three dosage(1.67 ml/kg.bw?3.33 ml/kg.bw?6.67 ml/kg.bw) groups of OKX health liquid.The experimental lead poisoning rat model was established by drinking water containing 0.1% lead acetate.QKX health liquid was administrated to rats through stomach every day.Weight was measured twice a week.Thirty days later,rats were killed and the concentrations of lead in blood,liver and femur were determined.Results:QKX health liquid could significantly reduce the cencentration of lead in liver but no obvious effect was observed on the levels of lead in blood and femur.Conclusion:QKX health liquid could increase lead excretion and thus lessen lead accumulation in liver of rats with high level lead intakes. |
