肾病综合征合并尿路感染32例临床及病原分析

[目的]探讨肾病综合征合并尿路感染的临床特点。[方法]对32例病人的临床表现和细菌培养及药敏进行分析。[结果]32例病人中,19例无尿路刺激症状,革兰阴性菌占75%,三代头孢茵素敏感较高,革兰阳性菌占25%,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、左氧氟沙星、万古霉素敏感性较好。[结论]肾病综合征并尿路感染时,有的症状表现不典型,导致激素治疗不敏感和复发,治疗应参考药敏用药。

CLINICAL AND PATHOGEN ANALYSIS OF 32 CASES WITH NEPHROTIC SYNDROME AND URINARY TRACT INFECTION

[Objective]To investigate the clinical characteristics of nephrotic syndrome(NS)with urinary tract infection.[Methods]The clinical menifestations,bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results of 32 cases were analyzed.[Results]There were 19 cases without urinary tract stimulation symptom among the 32 cases. Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 75% which were more sensitive to the third generation cephalosporins;Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 25% which were more sensitive to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and levofloxacin,vancomycin.[Conclusion]When NS accompanies with urinary tract infection,the symptoms are not typical,resulting in the insensitivity of hormonal therapy and relapse,so anti-infection treatment should be based on drug sensitivity test.
