| 摘 要： | 目的：对肺大疱破裂致自发性血气胸的外科治疗进行临床研究。方法：对1987-2001年收治的28例肺大疱破裂致自发性血气胸进行回顾性分析。结果：28例病人均经外科手术治疗痊愈出院。无死亡及并发症。随访8个月-5年。无复发。结论：肺大疱破裂所致自发性气胸应早期手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study surgical treatment of special pneumohemothorax caused by ruptured bullae of lung.Methods:The meterials of 28 cases with special pneumohemothorax caused by pulmonary bulla from 1987 to 2001 were retrospectively studied.Result:All of the 28 cases were cured with surgical treatment and no perioperative death or complication occured.They were followed up for 8 months to 5 years and there was no recurrence.Conclusion:Patients with special pneumohemothorax caused by pulmonary bulla ruptured should be operated as early as possible. |
